Our Story

Bellingham Masonry & Concrete was founded in 2020 by a Bellingham resident who had spent years doing masonry work across Whatcom County and wanted to build something closer to home. The idea was simple: do honest masonry work, explain every decision in plain language, and build a reputation one job at a time.

Bellingham has a lot of older homes - craftsman bungalows in the Lettered Streets neighborhood, Victorian-era buildings in Fairhaven, and mid-century homes throughout Sehome and South Hill. Most of those homes have masonry that has been through decades of Pacific Northwest rain, and the wear shows up in foundation cracks, crumbling chimney mortar, deteriorating brick, and failing retaining walls.

Since 2020, we have grown to serve 12 communities across Whatcom County and the northern Skagit Valley, from Birch Bay and Blaine in the north to Burlington and Mount Vernon in the south. We handle 16 types of masonry work, from foundation repair and chimney restoration to outdoor kitchen builds and stone veneer installation. The team has stayed deliberately small so every project gets direct attention from experienced hands.
